Stoneleigh Valentino is the 2011 New Zealand National Supreme Champion; the 2011 National had the largest entry of animals and fleeces in the history of New Zealand. Valentino won this as an intermediate male; he also won the title of National Junior Male Champion in 2010. He is the only male in the world with these outstanding genetics. His dam we have only shown twice and she won Senior Champion Female and Mature Champion Female at the New Zealand National. Valentino’s grand sire Bellisimo was an Australian Supreme Champion and his grand dam Sierra Lass was used as an embryo transfer donor.

Valentino has optimum fleece qualities, excellent luster, great density, excellent fibre length and very low micron primary and secondary fibres. His fleece is highly aligned, well organized and has a deep amplitude crimp with fine individual staples. He has a well nourished fleece with very little medulated fibre. His confirmation is very sound, with good width of chest. He is a heavy boned male who is well grown out with a very true to type head.
